I have some very exciting news to share! I'm one of the new designers for Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps! I can't believe it's true :). Sweet 'n Sassy stamps has a lot of beautiful stamps based on our faith, their slogan is 'sharing the love of Christ through paper crafting'. And that's exactly what I want to do.
My first stamp set is 'Message of Hope'. The set includes 5 images and 34 words and measures approximately 4" x 8". The word "forever" measures approximately 1 7/8" long and 1" high. I just received my own set and it looks beautiful, high quality clear stamps :). (can't wait to start creating with it! I know what I'll be doing this weekend ;)).
The design team from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps has made a couple of beautiful examples with this set that I want to share with you.
The first one is from Jane, she used several words from the set and the leaves image. (I love the watercolor background and the beautiful stone she made)
And the second one is from Julie. She made a beautiful background with another stamp set from Sweet 'n Sassy stamps and added the word 'Peace' frome the stamp set.
Don't forget to hop over to their blogs to read more about these cards. And don't forget to visit Sweet 'n Sassy stamps of course! Or visit the complete blog hop from this release.

I almost forgot to share my daily doodles on the blog! I'm still posting them on Instagram and Facebook but for some reason I forgot to post them over here. Maybe because I don't post them as frequently as on social media. But here's a little catch up with new doodles! I love the subjects Johanna gives every day, it gives me some guidance for my doodles ánd makes me think about subjects I wouldn't think of myself.

Just in time to do my last challenge at Winnie and Walter! Didn't manage to do them al :(, but at least I did a couple of them.
This time I did the watercolor challenge from Vanessa. I made two cards with the same watercolor piece I made so I'll just add both of the cards to this post. I watercolored my background with distress inks on watercolor paper. After it dried I used a die from My Favorite Things to cut out the frame. I also die cut a piece of white cardstock with the same die and I randomly added pieces of white and colored cardstock onto my card. This took me some time but I managed to make two backgrounds at the same time because I adhered all the pieces I took out of the white cardstock into the watercolor cardstock and vice versa.
For this first card I used another diecut piece of white cardstock to adhere on the top and bottom of my card (the dimension of the Dutch cards is a little bit different than the dies from MFT so I had to cover up some edges. I stamped the 'Thinking of you' sentiment (from Simon Says Stamp) and added some sequins to finish my card.
For my second card I used the other background I created with my dies. Here I added a piece of stamped white cardstock too but this time I only added it to the bottom (I adhered the background a bit higher onto my card). To give it a little more interest I added a small strip of glitter paper to the bottom of the card. No sequins this time ;).
